Adaptive Skiing Equipment
ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
This Limited Warranty guarantees that this adaptive skiing equipment, manufactured by Enabling Technologies, is free from defects in material and workmanship. This product is covered for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase against such defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, skier error or other damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.
CRASH REPLACEMENT
If you (the original owner) happen to have a crash or experience a non-warranty situation, we’ll get you back on the slopes with a reasonable replacement price on the frame for the life of the equipment. If multiple crash replacement claims are submitted, or if the damaged equipment is no longer being manufactured, Enabling Technologies reserves the right to reevaluate the replacement policy on a customer to customer basis depending on the circumstances. Same conditions as above.
Superlite Crutches & Crutch Parts
ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
This Limited Warranty guarantees that these Crutches, manufactured by Enabling Technologies, are free from defect in materials and workmanship. Adjustable Aluminum Crutches are guaranteed for TWO YEARS, Custom Aluminum Crutches are guaranteed for FIVE YEARS and Custom Titanium Crutches are guaranteed for FIVE YEARS from date of purchase against such defects. This warranty does not include damage caused by misuse, or any other damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship. The tips, grips, cuffs and padded leather cuff inserts are excluded from the warranty.
NO FAULT TUBE REPLACEMENT
If you (the original owner) happen to bend or break a crutch tube due to a non-warranty situation, we’ll get you back on a new crutch tube with a reasonable replacement price. If multiple replacement claims are submitted, or if the damaged equipment is no longer being manufactured, Enabling Technologies reserves the right to reevaluate the replacement policy on a customer to customer basis depending on the circumstances. Same conditions as above.

Used Equipment

This Limited Warranty guarantees that used equipment, manufactured by Enabling Technologies, is free from defects in material and workmanship. This product is covered for THREE MONTHS from the date of purchase against such defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, skier error or other damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.
